Order issues
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or different from what was ordered, contact support with the order number, product name, flavour and clear photos where helpful.
Change of mind
Because products are personal-use items, opened or used items cannot usually be returned for change of mind. If the order has not been processed yet, contact us quickly so we can check whether it can still be changed.
